腾讯滨海大厦汇交过渡节点设计

[摘要]腾讯滨海大厦通过桁架实现了大跨度多道连接体。与此同时,桁架在汇交节点上连接的杆件数目较多,节点受力及构造非常复杂,初步设计阶段,汇交节点采用铸钢节点。后对铸钢节点进行了优化,采用钢骨混凝土柱过渡至钢管混凝土柱的汇交过渡节点。通过采取相应的构造措施,汇交过渡节点可以良好实现钢板、钢筋、混凝土的连续性,受力传递可靠。和铸钢节点相比,汇交过渡节点还能极大地减轻节点重量,降低制作、安装成本,缩短工期。此外,采用ABAQUS及ANSYS软件对汇交过渡节点进行有限元受力分析,计算结果表明,节点设计能满足既定性能目标及“强节点、弱构件”的要求。

Tencent Seafront Tower: transit joint design

Abstract:Tencent Seafront Tower has realized multiple large-span connections through trusses. At the same time, the number of components connected to the truss at the transition joint is large, and the stress and structure of the joint are very complicated. In the preliminary design stage, the transition joint adopted a cast steel joint. The cast steel joints were optimized, SRC-CFT transition column joint were used. By adopting corresponding structural measures, the transition joint could achieve the continuity of steel plates, steel bars and concrete, and the force transmission was reliable. Compared with the cast steel joint, the transition joint could greatly reduce the weight of the joint, reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, and shorten the construction period. In addition, ABAQUS and ANSYS software were used to analyze the finite element stress of the transition joint. The calculation results show that the joint design can meet the requirements of the established performance objectives and the “strong joint and weak component”.
