西樵纺织科技大厦地下连续墙+半逆作法内支撑基坑支护设计

[摘要]为了解决紧贴既有建筑物限制、施工条件限制、地质条件差等困难,西樵纺织科技大厦基坑支护工程采用了地下连续墙+半逆作法内支撑方案,该方案具有安全可靠、施工较方便、节约工期、经济性较好、环保性好等优点,且多处体现了“一种结构,多种用途”的巧妙设计。基坑支护工程及地下室施工期间,未发现地面明显开裂和下沉,未出现地下室市政管线遭遇破坏情况,紧贴的既有建筑未发生新增裂缝或下沉现象,达到了预期的支护效果,可供同类工程参考。

Design of diaphragm wall + internal strut of semi-reserved construction method in retaining and protection for foundation pit of Xiqiao Textile Technology Building

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulties of existing building restrictions, construction conditions restrictions and geological conditions, the scheme of underground diaphragm wall + internal strut of semi-reserved construction method in retaining and protection for foundation pit was applied in the construction project of Xiqiao Textile Technology Building. This scheme has the advantages of safe and reliable, convenient construction, saving construction period, good economy and good environmental protection. Moreover, retaining and protection for foundation pit reflects the ingenious design of “one structure, multiple uses” in many ways. During the period of foundation pit support engineering and basement construction, no obvious ground cracking and subsidence were found, no basement municipal pipeline was damaged, and no new cracks or subsidence occurred in the existing adjacent buildings. The foundation pit support achieved the expected effect and the design experience could be used as reference for similar projects.
