劲性悬索结构设计关键技术研究

[摘要]劲性悬索结构主要由劲性索及索力支撑系统组成,兼具柔索和普通钢结构的优点,可自平衡也可外力平衡。介绍了劲性悬索结构应用现状、在不同荷载作用下的力学性能、设计关键点以及劲性悬索的主要节点构造,并通过一个具体的工程实例介绍劲性悬索结构在大跨度屋盖中的应用及设计方法。该工程实例屋盖结构中四榀大跨度H型钢劲性索、两道卧梁以及两榀钢筋混凝土框架结构形成自平衡体系,劲性悬索承担屋盖重力荷载下产生的拉力,而卧梁及混凝土框架则将劲性索对支座产生的拉力进行平衡。通过有限元分析、简化计算、解析计算三种方法对H型钢劲性索承载力进行计算,并进行了施工过程模拟分析,结合分析结果指导施工。提出的劲性悬索结构的设计关键点以及相关计算及分析方法可为劲性悬索结构在其他实际工程的应用提供参考。

Research on key technologies of stiff suspended-cable structural design

Abstract:The stiff suspended-cable structure is mainly composed of stiff cables and cable force support system. It has the advantages of both flexible cables and ordinary steel structures, and can be self-balanced or external force balanced. The application status, mechanical properties under different loads, key points of design and main joint structures of stiff suspended-cable structures were introduced. The application and design method of stiff suspended-cable structures in large-span roofs were introduced through a specific engineering example. In this project, four large-span H-shaped steel stiffening cables, two horizontal beams and two reinforced concrete frame structures formed a self-balanced system. The stiff suspended cables bore the tension generated by the gravity load of the roof, while the horizontal beam and the concrete frame balanced the tension generated by the stiff cables. Through three methods of finite element analysis, simplified calculation and analytic calculation, the bearing capacity of H-shaped steel cable was calculated, and the construction process was simulated and analyzed, and the construction was guided by the analysis results. The key points in the design of the stiff suspended-cable structure and the relevant calculation and analysis methods could provide reference for the application of the stiff suspended-cable structure in other practical projects.
