[摘要]博兴市民文化中心采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,存在局部楼板不连续、局部错层、局部穿层柱及复杂连接等情况,属于超限高层建筑。分别采用SATWE,ETABS和Perform-3D软件对结构进行多遇地震的弹性分析及罕遇地震的静力弹塑性分析,采用ETABS和ANSYS对大跨度钢结构拱架进行内力、稳定和极限承载力的分析。根据分析结果对结构进行性能设计,并对关键部位和构件采取了加强措施,保证结构的抗震性能优良。

Structural design of Boxing Civic Cultural Center

Abstract:Boxing Civic Cultural Center adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, which belongs to the out-of-codes tall building due to the discontinuity of local floors, local staggered stories, local through-story columns and the complex connections, etc. The elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and the static elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were carried out by SATWE, ETABS and Perform-3D software respectively. Internal forces, stability and ultimate bearing capacity of long-span steel arch were analyzed by ETABS and ANSYS. According to the analytical results, the performance-based design of the structure was conducted and the key parts and components were strengthened to ensure the excellent seismic performance of the structure.
