[摘要]为举办特定重要国际会议,青岛国际会议中心为在已有建筑上的改造加建项目。设计时保留原有地下室结构,采用加大截面法对部分地下室柱进行加固,采用在原筏板基础上增设独立基础方法对部分筏板基础进行加固。新建上部结构采用钢框架,并充分利用原柱网系统,通过局部抽柱形成大跨度空间。本项目多功能厅32m大跨度采用开孔变截面钢梁;主入口雨棚悬挑跨度达29m,采用开孔变截面钢梁;沿建筑周边的穿层柱列最大高度为24-0m,长细比大,采用方钢管混凝土柱解决其稳定问题。通过采用合理的结构方案,以及与建筑专业的密切配合,可很好地实现建筑功能及建筑造型要求,以及项目快速建造的要求。

Structural design of Qingdao International Convention Centre

Abstract:To organize specific major international conference, Qingdao International Convention Centre is reconstructed on an existing building. The underground structure was retained, part of original columns was enlarged and strengthened, and part of original raft foundations was strengthened by adding independent foundations. Steel framed system was adopted for the new structure above the ground. The new construction utilized original column grid system and increased length of spans by removing part of columns. Variable-section opening steel beams that span 32 meters were adopted for multi-function room. The span of cantilevered canopy on main entrance is 29 meters, which variable-section opening steel beams are used for the structure of the canopy. The piercing columns around the building are 24 meters height, and because of the large slenderness ratio, square concrete-filled steel tubular columns were used to solve the problem of stability. Choosing reasonable structure plans and collaborating closely with architectural department help achieving not only the needs of architectural function but also the requirement of architectural image, and the requirement of rapid construction.
