合肥师范刘铭传学院教学实验楼结构设计

[摘要]合肥师范学院刘铭传学院位于安徽省巢湖市黄麓镇,无地下室,地上5层,结构高度23-15m,采用框架结构体系。该工程结构设计存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续等超限情况。为此,本设计制定了“小震下完好无损伤,中震下轻度损伤”的整体性能目标,通过采用YJK,ETABS等软件对结构进行小震作用下的弹性静力分析、竖向构件中震弹性及不屈服验算以及楼板应力分析,对于楼板削弱部位及扭转位移比较大的相关构件按中震抗剪弹性,拉弯、压弯、抗弯不屈服设计,通过加强外围框架,对外围较大的窗间构造柱按框架柱要求进行配筋,提高结构抗扭能力。与坡屋盖相交的框架柱的抗震等级提高一级等加强措施,最终实现了超限结构的性能化设计。

Structural design of teaching-laboratory building of Liu Mingchuan College in Hefei Normal University

Abstract:Liu Mingchuan College of Hefei Normal University is located in Huanglu Town in Chaohu City, Anhui Province. It has five floors above ground without basement. It has 23-15m in structural height and 23 920m2 in total building area.  It adopts frame structure. There are out-of-code conditions in the structural design of this project, such as irregular torsion, concave-convex irregularity, discontinuous floor and so on. The programs of YJK and ETABS were used to conduct the elastic static analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes, the checking calculation of the elasticity and non-yielding of the vertical members under fortification earthquakes, and the floor stress analysis. The relevant members whose weakening parts and torsional displacements were relatively large were designed according to the shear elasticity, tension-bendingnon-yielding, compression-bending non-yielding and bendingnon-yielding of the floor under fortification earthquakes.
