某大高宽比超高层结构设计

[摘要]日立电梯(中国)有限公司大石厂区新建试验塔建筑高度273-8m,属超B级高度的超限结构,采用筒体结构。建筑平面为22-6m×22m的十字形,高宽比12-4,主要受风荷载控制。通过概念设计并经过风洞试验验证,在建筑中上部设置风穴层并采取调整建筑平面尺寸、外形等措施,有效减小风荷载作用下的结构响应。按照设定的性能目标,对结构进行弹性计算、中震验算,并采用PERFORM-3D软件进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性动力时程分析,根据分析结果,采取了有针对性的加强措施。

Structural design of a super high-rise building with large height-width ratio

Abstract:The new elevator test tower of Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou Dashi production area  in Guangzhou has the building height of 273-8m, and it belongs to an out-of-code structure exceeding B-level height limit of the code. The structure adopts the tube structural system. The building is cross-shaped in plane, measuring 22-6m by 22m with a height-width ratio of 12-4. The design of the building is mainly controlled by wind load. Through conceptual design and verification of wind tunnel test, wind cave layers were set up in the middle and upper part of the building, and measures such as adjusting the building plane and building shape were adopted to effectively reduce the structural response under wind loads. According to the predefined performance objectives, elastic  calculation and checking calculation  under fortification earthquakes were conducted and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis was conducted under rare earthquakes using PERFORM-3D software. According to these analysis results, pertinent strengthening measures were adopted.
