广发证券大厦结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]广发证券大厦地上63层,结构高度289-12m。考虑到建筑的需要及施工的便利,采用仅带一道环桁架加强层的钢管混凝土柱钢框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。采用MIDAS软件及ETABS软件对结构进行整体计算和弹性时程分析,采用PERFORM-3D软件对结构进行动力弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构的环桁架及其相连构件的受力与普通带外伸刚臂的加强层受力有所不同。针对本结构的受力特点,通过对关键构件进行加强,使结构满足各项抗震性能目标。

Structural design of GF Securities Building

Abstract:GF Securities Building has 63 floors above the ground, with the structural height of 289-12m. Considering the needs of the architecture and the convenience of construction, the concrete filled steel tubular column steel frame + reinforced concrete corewall with only one ring truss reinforcement layer was adopted. MIDAS software and ETABS software were used for overall calculation and elastic time-history analysis of the structure, and Perform-3D software was used for dynamic elastoplastic time-analysis of the structure. The analysis results show that the stress of the ring truss and its connected members is different from that of the reinforcement layer with an outrigger. According to the stress characteristics of the structure, the key components were strengthened to make the structure meet the seismic performance targets.
