带狗骨削弱盖板的自复位预应力梁柱节点静力性能研究*

[摘要]基于控制损伤的思想,提出了一种带狗骨削弱盖板的自复位预应力钢框架梁柱节点,其构造由带悬臂梁段的圆钢管柱、结构梁段、狗骨削弱盖板、预应力拉索以及高强螺栓群组成,可实现现场快速装配。通过控制狗骨削弱盖板厚度以及预应力拉索初始预拉力大小等参数,研究节点的耗能性能以及震后修复情况,寻求合理的影响因素。对4个新型自复位预应力梁柱节点算例进行了数值模拟分析,获得了节点的荷载-位移曲线、应力分布曲线以及预应力拉索索力变化曲线等数据,分析节点狗骨削弱盖板厚度以及拉索初始预拉力大小对节点复位能力的影响规律。研究表明:在达到预期自复位效果的前提下,具有狗骨削弱盖板的节点相比于无翼缘盖板的节点具有更好的耗能能力,可有效降低结构的塑性损伤,确保梁柱等主体构件不发生破坏;同时,狗骨削弱盖板厚度与拉索初始预拉力大小的不同组合关系,将会影响节点的复位模式。

Static performance of self-resetting prestressed beam-column joints with dog-bone weakened cover plate

Abstract:Based on the idea of damage control, a self-resetting prestressed steel frame beam-column joint with dog-bone weakened cover plate was proposed and the structure of the joint consists of circular tubular steel column with cantilever beam, structural beam, the dog-bone weakened cover plate, prestressed cable and high-strength bolt groups, which can realize rapid assembly on site. By controlling the thickness of the dog-bone weakened cover plate, the size of the initial pretension of the prestressed cable and other parameters, the energy dissipation performance of the joint and the post-earthquake repair situation were studied, and reasonable influencing factors were researched. The numerical simulation analysis of four prestressed beam-column joints was carried out, and the load displacement curve, stress distribution curve and prestressed cable force change curve of the joints were obtained. The influence of the thickness of the dog-bone weakened cover plate and the initial pretension of the cable on the reset ability of the joints was analyzed. The research shows that under the premise of achieving the expected self-reduction effect, the joints with the dog-bone weakened cover plate have greater energy dissipation capacity than those without the cover plate, effectively reduce the plastic damage of the structure, and ensure that the main components such as beams and columns are not damaged; At the same time, the different combination relationship between the thickness of the dog-bone weakened cover and the initial pretension of the cable will affect the reset mode of the joint.
