超长大体积混凝土跳仓法工程设计中的关键问题

[摘要]近30年来,全国范围内的建筑施工大多采取设置后浇带的方法来解决建筑物的温度、收缩和因沉降导致的混凝土裂缝问题,但后浇带从进度、质量、环保、安全、管理等方面给施工企业带来很大困难。超长大体积混凝土结构跳仓施工法用施工缝取代后浇带,其原理为“抗、放结合,先放后抗”,工艺十分简单,施工方便,尽管仅仅是一条“带”的变革,却具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。跳仓法需要结构设计师的密切配合,尤其取消沉降后浇带是其中的关键问题。结合工程实例,论述跳仓法工程的结构设计要点,可为相关工程提供参考。

Key problems in engineering design of alternative bay construction method for super-long large volume concrete structures

Abstract:In the past 30 years, the post-pouring belts have been adopted to solve the problems of concrete crack caused by temperature, shrinkage and settlement of buildings across China. However, the post-pouring belts have brought great difficulties to construction in speed, quality, environmental protection, safety and management. The alternative bay construction method replaces the post-pouring belt method with the construction joint, and its principle is "combination of resistance and release, and release before resistance". The process is very simple and construction is convenient. Although it is only a “belt” change, it has significant economic and social benefits. It needs the close cooperation of the structural designers in the alternative bay construction. Especially, the elimination of post-settlement cast zone is the key problem. Combining with engineering examples, the main points of structural design of alternative bay construction method were discussed, to provide reference for related projects.
