腾讯北京总部大楼施工关键问题研究

[摘要]腾讯北京总部大楼采用框架-剪力墙体系+外圈巨型钢桁架+局部钢结构的结构方案,属于复杂的钢-混凝土混合结构。在整个建筑外围设置围合的巨型钢桁架,三个切角部位为最大长度达81m的切角型大悬挑结构。主要阐释本工程在施工过程中存在的大悬挑钢结构变形补偿预调值、施工卸载与重要构件应力监测等关键问题。对整体结构施工过程进行了数值模拟研究,并将数值模拟结果与监测结果进行了对比,结果表明数值模拟结果与监测结果符合程度较好。

Research on key problems of construction for Tencent (Beijing) Headquarters Building

Abstract:Tencent (Beijing) Headquarters Building is a complex steel-concrete mixed structure which adopts frame shear wall structural system with outer giant steel truss and local steel structure. Peripheral surrounding of the structure is enclosed giant steel trusses. Three large cantilever steel structure with the maximum length of 81 meters is located in three incisal corner cut. During the construction, some key problems, such as preset construction deformation value of large cantilever steel structure, construction unloading and stress monitoring of important components were explained. Numerical simulation study of construction process for the whole structure was performed. Comparative analysis of the results of numerical simulation and monitoring was carried out. The numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the field monitoring results.
