中国摩商业综合体大跨屋盖结构体系分析

[摘要]中国摩商业综合体大跨屋盖平面尺寸约为(123~139)m×231m,短向最大跨度约为112~139m。屋盖为自由曲面双向正交正放网格结构,由中心向四周逐渐降低。屋盖结构由六榀中心支撑钢框架支承,中心支撑框架刚接于下部混凝土结构,下部结构由防震缝分为四个结构单元。屋面结构跨度大且与主体混凝土结构连接复杂。对结构连接布置与改进进行了介绍,并对屋盖支承体系抗侧能力、结构竖向承载能力和行波效应影响进行分析。分析结果表明,结构体系可行且合理,为后续结构设计提供依据。

Analysis on large-span roof structural system of commercial complex of China Mall

Abstract:The plane dimension of the large-span roof of the commercial complex of China Mall is about (123~139) m×231 m, and the maximum span in short direction is about 112~139m. The roof is a bi-directional orthogonal placement grid structure with free-form surface, which decreases gradually from the center to the periphery. The roof structure is supported by six central braced steel frames. The central braced frame is rigidly connected to the lower concrete structure. The lower structure is divided into four structural units by seismic joints. The roof structure has a large span and complicated connection with the main concrete structure. The structural connection arrangement and improvement were introduced, and the lateral resistance, vertical bearing capacity and traveling wave effect of roof support system were analyzed. The analysis results show that the structural system is feasible and reasonable, which provides a basis for the follow-up structural design.
