安徽蚌埠体育中心体育场非对称大悬挑流线曲面钢罩棚结构设计

[摘要]安徽蚌埠体育中心体育场钢屋盖采用空间钢结构体系,下部看台采用现浇混凝土框架结构体系,罩棚由两个高低大小均不相同且各个方向均不对称的弧形组成,单个罩棚呈现由高向低变化、由大向小变化的水滴形态,两个罩棚没有连接却在空中互相呼应,整体呈现卧龙摆尾的形态;介绍了钢屋盖关于大、小两个参数化选型的流线型罩棚的结构选型及布置;通过运用调整结构构造、体外预应力张拉索和调频质量阻尼器三种方法,解决了由于单个柱支承单榀钢架且罩棚后端没有落地,导致整体结构有前倾态势、悬挑钢梁挠度过大以及结构振动影响观看效果等技术难点。

Design of asymmetric large-cantilever streamlined curved steel shed structure for Bengbu Sports Center Stadium in Anhui

Abstract:The steel roof of Bengbu Sports Center Stadium in Anhui adopts spatial steel structure system, and the lower stand adopts cast-in-place concrete frame structural system. The shed is composed of two arcs with different heights and sizes and asymmetrical directions. The single shed presents the shape of water droplets changing from high to low and from large to small. The two sheds are not connected but echo each other in the air, presenting the form of dragon swinging the tail as a whole. The structural selection and layout of streamlined sheds with large and small parameters for steel sheds were introduced. A single steel frame was supported by a single column and the rear end of the shed does not support on the ground, so there were technical difficulties such as forward inclination of the whole structure, excessive deflection of cantilever steel beams and the structural vibration effect on the audience. These technical difficulties were solved by means of adjusting structural details, external prestressing tension cables and tuned mass dampers.
