丽泽SOHO地基基础设计与验证

[摘要]丽泽SOHO由2个反对称单塔建筑组成,双塔荷载集中,且与中庭荷载差异显著,地铁16号线和地铁14号线的联络线隧道贯穿整个地下室的3,4层。考虑建筑物自身结构复杂、周边构筑物影响较大,主楼区域采用桩筏基础方案,纯地下车库区域采用梁板式基础及配重+抗拔桩抗浮措施。综合勘察资料、基础形状尺寸,确定桩型及其设计参数,通过试验桩工程验证桩基设计参数,进而进行工程桩设计和地基基础协同作用计算分析,确保了桩基施工质量和工程安全,最终的建筑物沉降观测资料验证了本工程地基基础设计的合理性。

Foundation design and verification of LEEZA SOHO

Abstract:LEEZA SOHO Building consists of 2 single anti-symmetrical towers. The load of the two towers is concentrated, and its difference from atrium load is significant. The connecting line tunnel of Metro Line 16 and Metro Line 14 runs through 3 or 4 floors of the whole basement. Considering the complex structure of the building itself and the influence of the surrounding structures, the pile-raft foundation scheme was adopted in the main building area, and the beam-slab foundation and counterweight + uplift pile anti-floating measures were adopted in the pure underground garage area. The pile type and design parameters were determined by synthesizing survey data and foundation shape and size. The design parameters of pile foundation were verified by test pile engineering, and then the calculation and analysis of the interaction effect between pile design and foundation were carried out to ensure construction quality and safety of pile foundation. The final settlement observation data of buildings verified the rationality of foundation design of this project.
