[摘要]镇江新区文化馆地上两层,地下一层,属于大跨度圆形剧场。地上结构采用钢框架结构,屋顶采用平面交叉桁架,地下室采用型钢混凝土结构,楼屋面板采用钢筋桁架楼承板。由于本工程建筑功能需要楼板大开洞,局部设夹层,结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变及穿层柱等多项不规则,为特别不规则多层建筑。根据计算分析结果和概念设计方法,对关键、重要构件和薄弱部位做了适当的加强和性能设计,保证结构在地震作用下的延性以及其他各种作用效应下的可靠性。并采用YJK和MIDAS Gen软件进行小震下应力比包络结果设计,保证结构的安全性。对地上钢结构的次梁进行了优化,对其按组合楼盖设计,适当降低了次梁的用钢量,满足了业主对建设成本的控制要求。

Structural design of Zhenjiang New District Cultural Center

Abstract:Zhenjiang New District Cultural Center consists of two floors above the ground and one basement. It belongs to a large-span amphitheater. The above-ground structure adopts steel frame structure, roof structure uses plane cross trusses, basement design embraces the steel reinforced concrete structure, and the roof & ceiling board selects reinforced truss floor slab. Because the function of this building project requires large openings on the floor and partially interlayers, there are multiple irregular structural items in this project including irregular torsion, discontinuous floor slab, sudden change in stiffness and skip-layer columns. This building is a particularly irregular multi-story building accordingly. According to the calculation results analyses and conceptual design, the appropriate strengthening design was applied on both the key components and weak parts to ensure the ductility of the structure under earthquakes and other various effects. The envelope design was conducted by YJK and MIDAS Gen software to calculate stress ratio under frequent earthquakes to ensure the structural safety. The secondary steel beams on the above-ground floor were optimized according to composite floor slabs. This appropriately reduced steel consumption and met the requirements of the construction cost control.
