L形超限高层复杂连体结构设计

[摘要]清华大学经管学院扩建及三创中心工程结构平面呈L形,两方向边长为134,116m,未设永久缝,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。地上分为A,B塔,L形拐角处设置一根钢管混凝土独柱支承三层钢结构过街楼连接体,连接体最大跨度38-40m,最大悬挑长度17-4m。结构存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、局部不规则、复杂连接等多项不规则,属于特别不规则超限高层建筑工程。钢结构连接体、独柱及柱顶支座是整个结构设计的关键。通过合理选取抗震性能目标,采取相应加强措施,保证了整体结构安全可靠。在整体结构设计分析基础上,重点阐述大跨长悬挑连接体结构动力弹塑性分析、独柱柱身及柱顶支座设计分析、支承独柱防连续倒塌验算等关键问题。分析结果表明,设计采取的加强措施充分有效,使结构达到了安全可靠的预期性能目标。

Structural design of L-shaped out-of-code high-rise complex connected building

Abstract:The structural plane of the expansion project of School of Economics and Management and “Creativity, Innovation & Entrepreneurship” Center in Tsinghua University is L-shaped with 134m and 116m side lengths in both directions. There are no permanent joints. The reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system is adopted. The structure is divided into A and B towers above the ground. At the L-shaped corner, a single column of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) is installed to support a three-story steel structure cross-street building connector. The maximum span of the connector is 38-40m and the maximum cantilever length is 17-4m. There are many irregularities in the structure, such as torsional irregularity, concave-convex irregularity, discontinuous floor, sudden change in size, local irregularity and complex connection and so on. Therefore, the building belongs to a particularly irregular out-of-code high-rise building project. Steel structure connector, single column and pillar top supporting are the key of the whole structural design. The safety and reliability of the whole structure were guaranteed by choosing reasonable seismic performance targets and taking corresponding strengthening measures. Based on the analysis of the overall structural design, the key issues were emphatically elaborated such as dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of large-span and large-cantilever connector structure, design analysis of single column body and pillar top supporting, and checking calculation for anti-progressive collapse of supporting single column. The analysis results show that the strengthening measures taken in the design are effective enough to make the structure reach the expected performance goal of safety and reliability.
