多塔连体高层建筑连接控制方法研究

[摘要]结合实际工程项目,研究了多塔高位连接体与塔楼之间采用刚性连接、半刚性连接和滑动连接的结构方案。对不同刚度连体的实现方式、连接构造进行了介绍,并研究了在连接体中设置屈曲约束支撑阻尼器,形成半刚性连体的可行性。从连接体刚度、连接构件内力、结构整体抗震性能、连接实现难易程度、结构经济指标等方面,对不同连接方案进行了评估,指出在塔楼自身具有较好结构条件的情况下,采用阻尼耗能装置或者优化连接体构件截面形式,从而合理弱化连接体刚度,减少连接体对塔楼的附加影响是较为合理的解决方案。

Study on connective control method of multi-tower conjoined high-rise building

Abstract:Base on actual engineering projects, the structural schemes of rigid connection, semi-rigid connection and sliding connection between multi-tower high-position conjoined structure and multi-towers were studied. The realization way and connection structures of different rigid connections were introduced. The feasibility of forming semi-rigid connection by setting buckling-restrained braces was studied. Different connection schemes were evaluated based on rigid of connection, internal forces of connection members, integral seismic performance of the structure, construction difficulty of connection, structural cost etc. It was pointed out that when the tower itself had good structural conditions, it was a reasonable solution to adopt damping energy-dissipated device or optimize the cross-section form of connection members, so as to rationally weaken the rigidity of the connection members and reduce the additional impact of the connection on the tower.
