基于中国尊大厦项目的高烈度区巨型超高层结构设计关键技术研究

[摘要]对高烈度区巨型超高层结构的地震作用及效应、整体稳定性进行了分析研究,提出了地震作用剪力的质量分布法。对内置钢板混凝土组合剪力墙组合作用及抗裂、多腔钢管混凝土巨柱组合作用进行了原理分析、设计研究,工程实践和监测结果表明,工程中采用上述墙柱抗震效果非常理想。对巨柱分叉节点进行了有限元及试验研究,验证了该节点能很好地满足小震、中震及大震下的性能目标。对内置钢板支撑混凝土组合剪力墙结构进行了试验研究,大震弹塑性时程分析表明,该结构具有较好的延性,有效改善了核心筒墙的损伤程度。对钢制耗能双连梁阻尼器进行了试验验证,研究表明,钢制耗能双连梁阻尼器可以有效减缓混凝土梁的刚度退化。对三钢板高强混凝土叠合墙组成及抗剪承载力进行了分析。利用变刚度调平设计理论设计,实现了桩筏基础无缝设计,很好地控制了差异沉降和总沉降变形。

Research on key  technologies of  structure design for super high-rise mega structure of China Zun Tower  in high seismic fortification intensity region

Abstract:The seismic action, effect and overall stability of super high-rise mega structures in high seismic fortification intensity region were analyzed and studied, and the mass distribution method of seismic shear force was proposed. Principle analysis and design research on the combined action and crack resistance of embedded steel plate concrete composite shear wall, and the combined action of multi-cavity concrete filled steel tubular mega column were carried out. Engineering practice and monitoring results show that the seismic effect of the above-mentioned walls and columns is very ideal. Finite element analysis and experimental study on bifurcated joints of mega columns were carried out to verify that the joints can meet the performance objectives under the frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes. The experimental study on the embedded steel plate braced concrete composite shear wall was carried out. The elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake shows that the structure has good ductility and effectively improves the damage degree of the corewall. The experimental verification of the steel energy-dissipated dual coupling beam damper shows that the steel energy-dissipated dual coupling beam damper can effectively reduce the stiffness degradation of concrete beams. Composition and shear capacity of high strength concrete composite wall with three steel plates were analyzed. Seamless design of pile-raft foundation was realized by using variable stiffness leveling design theory, and differential settlement and total settlement deformation were well controlled.
