[摘要]蒸压轻质加气混凝土(ALC)外墙板的连接节点有多种,勾头螺栓法应用最为普遍,该连接做法为半刚性节点,限制了ALC外墙板在高层建筑外墙中的应用。提出了一种预埋件式减震摇摆节点,该连接节点解决了主体结构随动变形的适应性难题及墙板的损伤问题,经理论分析、节点静力试验、平面推覆试验、振动台试验,系统地验证了该连接节点的安全性、可靠性、实用性,对蒸压加气混凝土外墙板应用于100m高层建筑外墙提供了可靠的柔性节点做法。该新型高效连接节点经过多个工程的实际应用,进一步验证了其安全性、安装便捷性、容差合理性、传力明确性,促进了外墙系统装配式技术的进步。

Research on performance of effective connection for autoclaved aerated concrete exterior wallboard system

Abstract:Autoclaved aerated concrete (ALC) exterior wallboard has a variety of connection forms, and hook bolt is a common type of connection applied. This type of connection is a semi-rigid connection, which limits the use of ALC in exterior wallboard for high-rise structures. A kind of pre-embedded isolation vibration swing connection was proposed, which solved the adaptability problem of the follow-up deformation of the main structure and the damage problem of the wallboard. The safety, reliability and practicability of the connection were systematically verified by theoretical analysis, connection static test, plane Push-over test and shaking table test. A reliable flexible connection method was provided for the application of autoclaved aerated concrete exterior wallboard to the exterior walls of 100m high-rise buildings. The new type of high-efficiency connection has been applied in many projects, which further verifies its safety, convenience of installation, rationality of tolerance and clarity of force transmission, and promotes the progress of assembly technology of exterior wall system.
