欧美最新混凝土收缩徐变理论的数值对比及应用

[摘要]对比了在超高层结构分析中较常采用的CEB-FIP-90,fib MC2010以及GL2000模型收缩徐变理论在相同假设条件下的结果,有助于工程师了解欧美混凝土收缩徐变理论的最新发展方向。相较于国内在工程中采用较多的CEB-FIP-90模型,GL2000以及fib MC2010模型已经将混凝土徐变细分成基本徐变和干燥徐变。fib MC2010模型更进一步将混凝土收缩细化成基本收缩及干燥收缩。以南宁某带有外伸桁架的巨柱外框超高层地标塔楼为例,按不同混凝土收缩徐变理论进行非线性施工分析,对施工期间的竖向构件的竖向补偿提出建议,并预测了施工完毕后若干年的核心筒和巨柱的竖向变形、轴力随时间的变化,以及与时间相关的楼板系统的倾斜变化趋势。

Numerical comparison and application of latest European and American creep and shrinkage theories

Abstract:The results of the concrete creep and shrinkage theories in CEB-FIP-90, fib MC2010 and GL2000 models, which were widely applied in super tall structural analysis, were compared under the same assumption conditions. This could help engineers to better understand the latest research directions of European and American concrete creep and shrinkage theories. Compared with the more commonly used CEBFIP-90 model in China, GL2000 model and fib MC2010 model differentiate the concrete creep into basic creep and drying creep. Furthermore, fib MC2010 model divides the concrete shrinkage into basic shrinkage and drying shrinkage. Taking a mega-frame super-tall landmark tower building in Nanning as an example, nonlinear construction sequence analysis was conducted based on different concrete shrinkage and creep theories. Suggestions were put forward for vertical compensation of vertical components during construction, and predicted the vertical deformation of corewall and mega-frame in several years after completion of construction, the change of axial force of corewall and mega-frame over time. And the inclination trend of floor system related to time was also predicted.
