2019北京世园会配套商业服务中心结构设计与分析

[摘要]2019北京世园会配套商服共包含10个地块,地上1~3层,最大结构高度14-3m,均为多层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。结合建筑方案中各单体的建筑特点,选取三类有代表性的结构单体,依次介绍了结构的主要设计情况,并针对不同的结构特点,采取了不同的结构设计措施。设计结果表明,通过选用合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。

Structural design and analysis of supporting commerce of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China

Abstract:Supporting commerce of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019,  Beijing, China contains 10 plots with buildings of 1~3 stories and maximum structural height of 14-3m. These multi-story buildings adopt RC frame structural system. Combining with the architectural characteristics of each building in the architectural scheme, three representative structural buildings were selected, and the main design situations of the structures were introduced in turn. Different structural design measures were adopted according to different structural characteristics. The design results show that the irregularity of the original structure is effectively controlled by choosing reasonable design measures. The calculation indexes of the structure can better meet the requirements of the code. The structure is safe and reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
