2019北京世园会国际竹藤组织园大跨竹结构设计*

[摘要]2019北京世园会国际竹藤组织园主体结构由9榀两种跨径的桁架竹拱组成,其中大拱净跨32m,拱下净高7-55m,矢跨比约为1∶4-2,是当前中国单拱最大跨度的竹拱结构。该建筑结构将竹元素融入承载结构主体,介绍了该项目的结构设计理念、结构体系及结构选型设计。并采用ANSYS对主体结构进行有限元分析。计算结果表明,结构设计满足刚度及承载力要求,充分体现了桁架拱在本项目中的优越性和必要性。同时对竹拱现场挠度监测结果进行了介绍。监测结果表明,竹拱的变形呈两侧下沉中间上拱的规律,变形持续增长2个月时间后趋于稳定。最后对竹材挑选、防腐防虫处理和设计构造等耐久性措施进行详细阐述。本项目可为后续大跨圆竹结构的推广应用提供参考。

Design on large-span bamboo structure of INBAR Pavilion of  International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China

Abstract:The main structure of INBAR Pavilion located in International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China is composed of nine bamboo truss arches with two kinds of spans. The larger arch has a net span of 32 meters, the net height under the arch is 7-55 meters, and the rise-to-span ratio is about 1∶4-2, and it is presently the largest bamboo arch structure in China. Bamboo elements have been fully integrated into the main load-bearing structure of the building. The concept of structural design, structural system and structural type selection design of the project were introduced, and ANSYS was used to carry out finite element analysis of the main structure. The calculation results show that the structural design meets the requirements of load-bearing capacity and stiffness, and it fully reflects the superiority and necessity of the truss arch in the project. At the same time, the in-situ deflection monitoring results of bamboo arch were introduced. The monitoring results show that the deformation of bamboo arch follows the law of sinking on both sides and rising on the middle, and the deformation tends to be stable after 2 months of continuous increase. Finally, the durability measures were elaborated in detail such as bamboo selection, anti-corrosion and insect-proof treatment and design structure. This project can provide reference for the popularization and application of large-span round bamboo structure.
