[摘要]妫汭剧场钢结构屋面工程为大跨屋盖超限建筑。针对钢结构屋面工程超限实际情况,对相关超限计算分析手段和超限设计措施予以阐述。主要研究内容包括:结构整体稳定设计、风荷载作用分析、结构性能化设计、地震时程分析、防连续倒塌设计、温度应力分析、典型施工状态分析、单榀桁架复核设计、节点设计。分析结果表明,通过采用系统的超限计算分析和超限设计措施,钢结构屋面体系的超限情况得到针对性设计加强,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。

Out-of-code design and analysis on steel structure roof of Guirui Theatre of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China

Abstract:The steel structure roof project of Guirui Theatre is a large-span roof out-of-code building. In view of the actual out-of-code situation of steel roof engineering, the relevant out-of-code calculation and analysis means and design measures were expounded. The main research contents include structural overall stability design, wind load analysis, structural performance-based design, seismic time-history analysis, anti-progressive design, temperature stress analysis, typical construction state analysis, single truss review design and joint design. The analysis results show that, by using the systematic out-of-code calculation analysis and design measures, the out-of-code condition of the steel structure roof system is strengthened by targeted design. The structure is safe and reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
