2019北京世园会妫汭剧场钢结构屋面体系选型及分析

[摘要]妫汭剧场钢结构屋面部分展开面积约8 700m2,由26榀呈伞状排开的悬挑钢桁架支承,中心处设置环桁架和落地桁架连接为统一整体。屋面为放射状蝶形平面,最大悬挑长度约47m,最大平面尺寸119m×114m,屋面高度20-0m。主要介绍钢结构屋面工程的结构体系选型分析过程。首先,结合建筑方案外观需求和结构设计合理化需求,对各种备选结构方案及体系探索过程进行了具体阐述。随后,系统介绍了在确定建筑外观条件下,结构体系选型的具体过程和主要保证措施。最后,提出了系列结构体系优化措施,并依据其经济性对比结果选定结构体系。研究结果表明:通过合理的结构选型及系统的设计保证措施,工程钢结构屋面体系可以较好地满足结构安全性要求、结构合理性要求及超限大跨度屋盖体系设计要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。

Selection and analysis on steel  structure roof system of Guirui Theatre of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China

Abstract:The expansion area of steel structure roof of Guirui Theatre is about 8 700m2. It is supported by 26 pieces of cantilevered steel trusses arranged in an umbrella shape. The ring truss and the landing truss are connected at the center to form a unified whole. The roof is a radial butterfly plane with a maximum cantilever length of about 47m, a maximum plane size of 119m×114m, and a roof height of 20-0m. The process of selecting and analyzing the structural system of steel structure roof engineering were mainly introduced. First of all, combined with the architectural appearance requirements and structural design rationalization requirements, the various alternative structural solutions and system exploration process were elaborated. Subsequently, the specific process and main guarantee measures for the selection of the structural system under the condition of determining the appearance of the building were introduced. Finally, a series of structural system optimization measures were proposed, and the structural system was finally determined based on the economic comparison results. The research results show that the engineering steel structural roof system can better meet the structural safety requirements, structural rationality requirements and design requirements of out-of-code and large-span roof system through reasonable structural selection and system design assurance measures. The structure is safe and reliable, and the structural design is feasible.
