风电场架空电力线路杆塔拉线锚杆基础设计及试验

[摘要]拉线盘基础是杆塔拉线常用基础形式,广泛应用于架空电力线路工程中。然而拉线盘基础应用于岩石地基存在基坑开挖难度大、施工效率低、经济性差等缺点,若采用爆破开挖,则会对项目现场的生态环境造成很大破坏,同时也无法利用岩石地基的较高承载力。结合工程实践,介绍了拉线杆塔的锚杆基础设计方法和试验方法。锚杆成孔后,置入拉线棒定位后灌浆即完成一个拉线锚杆基础的施工。拉线锚杆基础直接利用岩石地基抵抗拉线传来的拔力,受力明确、结构效率高;机械化程度高,施工便捷;能充分利用岩体协同锚杆受力,减少拉线板等混凝土预制件,减少开挖及回填工作量,降低施工难度,减小施工对环境的破坏。

Design and test of cable anchor foundation of overhead power line tower for wind farm

Abstract:Cable foundation is a common form of tower cable foundation, which is widely used in overhead power line engineering. However, the application of cable foundation in rock foundation has some shortcomings, such as difficulty for excavation, low construction efficiency and poor economy. Blasting excavation will cause great damage to the ecological environment of the project site, and at the same time, it cannot make use of the high bearing capacity of rock foundation. Combining with engineering practice, the design method and test method of cable anchor foundation of cable tower were introduced. After the anchor rod was drilled, the anchor rod was positioned and grouted to complete the construction of a cable anchor foundation. Cable anchor foundation directly uses rock foundation to resist pulling force from cable, which has clear force and high structural efficiency; high mechanization degree and convenient construction; it can make full use of rock mass to coordinate anchor force, reduce concrete prefabricated parts such as cable board, reduce excavation and backfilling workload, reduce construction difficulty and reduce construction damage to the environment.
