输电铁塔十字组合角钢主材与斜材连接方法试验研究*

[摘要]通过输电铁塔的塔架试验,对十字组合角钢主材与塔身正侧面斜材的两种连接形式进行了试验研究,对组合角钢主材应变进行测量,在此基础上对十字组合角钢轴力、稳定承载力及主材受力不均匀性进行了分析,结果表明:在相同的外荷载作用下,传统连接形式的塔架加载至设计荷载110%时,主材发生失稳破坏,新型连接形式的塔架加载至设计荷载的115%时,主材发生失稳破坏;新型连接形式的十字组合角钢两肢的受力均匀性优于传统连接形式的十字组合角钢;考虑填板布置形式的十字组合角钢稳定承载力计算方法与试验结果吻合较好,计算方法合理。

Experiment on connection form between leg members of cruciform angle section members and diagonal members in transmission towers

Abstract:Through the test of the transmission tower frame, experimental study was conducted for the two connecting forms between cruciform angle section leg members and diagonal members of tower body and the strain of cruciform angle section leg member was measured. On this basis, the axial force of cruciform angle section member, stability bearing capacity and the stress non-uniform of the limb angle members were carried out. The results show that, under the same applied load, when the tower frame of traditional connection form was loaded to 110% of the design load, the cruciform angle section leg member occured instability failure; when the tower frame of new connection form was loaded to 115% of the design load, the cruciform angle section leg member occured instability failure. The uniformity of the force of the cruciform angle steel of the new connection form is better than that of the traditional connection form of the cruciform angle steel; the calculation method of the stable bearing capacity of the cruciform angle steel considering the form of the filler plate is in good agreement with the experimental results, and the calculation method is reasonable.
