石家庄某超限连体结构设计

[摘要]天山世界之门A#,D#商办楼建筑高度为138m,结构形式为框架-剪力墙结构,两栋塔楼在屋顶处通过跨度80m的钢结构桁架相连,整体结构形式为高层连体结构。详细介绍了结构方案、性能目标、风洞试验、施工模拟及结构整体分析方法。采用YJK和PMSAP两种有限元软件对结构进行小震作用下的整体计算分析,并采用弹性时程分析方法进行补充计算,分别进行了小震、中震、大震下的性能目标验算;采用SAUSAGE软件对结构进行罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性动力时程分析,结构整体指标满足规范要求,能够达到预定的抗震性能目标,设计安全可靠、经济合理,可为同类高层超限连体结构设计提供参考。

Design of a super-limited connected structure in Shijiazhuang

Abstract:The height of the Tianshan World Gate A#, D# commercial office building is 138m, and the structure is frame-shear wall structure. The two towers are connected by a steel truss spanning 80m at the roof. The overall structure is a high-rise connected structure. The structural plan, performance target, wind tunnel test, construction simulation and structural analysis method were introduced in detail. The YJK and PMSAP finite element software were used to analyze the overall structure of the structure under small earthquakes, and the elastic time history analysis method was used for supplementary calculation. The performance targets of small earthquake, medium earthquake and large earthquake were respectively checked. The SAUSAGE software was used to analyze the elasto-plastic dynamic time history of the structure under rare earthquake. The overall structural index meets the requirements of the specification and can achieve the predetermined seismic performance target. The design is safe, reliable and economical. It can be designed for the same type of high-rise over-limit structure for reference.
