低层砖砌体住宅建筑简化设计方法

[摘要]历次地震震害中,农村低层砌体结构住宅破坏十分严重,其主要原因是没有按照规范进行设计和施工。结合我国现行规范,对低层砖砌体住宅房屋(≤3层)偏保守地进行了静力和抗震分析计算,得到了砌体墙最低材料强度等级、最小墙体厚度、最大墙体间距、最小墙体水平截面净面积率等指标。提出了满足一定材料和构造要求的免于计算的简易设计方法,可使农村具备初级建筑知识技术人员能够建造符合规范要求的住宅建筑,从而能提高农村低层砌体住宅房屋的质量。

Simplified design method of low-rise brick masonry residential building

Abstract:In previous earthquake disasters, the destruction of rural low-rise masonry structure residences was very serious. The main reason was that the process of design and construction was not in compliance with the relevant standards. Combining with the current code of China, the static and seismic analysis and calculation of low-rise brick masonry residential buildings (≤ 3 stories) were carried out conservatively, and the indexes of minimum material strength grade, minimum wall thickness, maximum wall spacing and minimum net area ratio of horizontal section of masonry wall were obtained. A simple design method free from calculation was proposed to meet certain material and structural requirements, which could enable rural people with primary building knowledge and technology to build residential buildings to meet the requirements of the code, thus improving the quality of low-rise masonry residential buildings in rural areas.
