植筋混凝土界面剪切性能试验与数值模拟*

[摘要]为研究植筋加固混凝土界面的荷载传递机理,通过对设计制作的1:1单元实体模型进行单向循环荷载试验,结合试验条件建立了ABAQUS有限元分析模型,主要探讨植筋混凝土界面在荷载作用下的破坏模式、界面剪切承载力、应力分布及试件变形特征。研究结果表明:植筋混凝土界面为结构受力薄弱面,荷载作用下其破坏模式以劈裂型剪切破坏为主;植筋混凝土界面剪切承载力较高,可达9-208×103kN/m2;植筋应力在混凝土界面处达到最大,向两侧逐渐减小;界面剪力荷载起先由混凝土和植筋共同承担,随着荷载增大,界面剪切荷载大于混凝土粘结承载力后混凝土的界面粘结作用消失,其后主要由植筋和混凝土界面摩擦力承担剪切荷载;植筋构造能够大幅提升混凝土界面剪切荷载的传递效率。

Experiment and numerical simulation of shear performance of concrete interface for bonded rebars

Abstract:In order to study the load transfer mechanism of reinforced concrete interface for bonded rebars, ABAQUS finite element analysis model was established by unidirectional cyclic loading test on the 1:1 solid model which was designed and manufactured. The failure mode, shear capacity, stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the reinforced concrete interface under load were mainly discussed. The results show that the reinforced concrete interface for bonded rebars is the weak surface of structure, and the main failure mode under load is splitting shear failure; the shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete interface is high, up to 9-208×103kN/m2; the planting stress reaches the maximum at the interface of concrete and decreases gradually to both sides; the shear load of interface is initially borne by both concrete and bonded rebars, with the increase of load. When the interfacial shear load is larger than the concrete bond bearing capacity, the interfacial bond of concrete disappears, and then the interfacial friction between the bonded rebars and the concrete bears the shear load. The bonded rebar structure can greatly improve the transmission efficiency of the interfacial shear load of concrete.
