[摘要]建滔广场为复杂高层连体结构,两个塔楼均采用框架-核心筒体系,顶部2层通过72m跨的连接体钢桁架将两塔楼连为一体,塔楼与连接体为刚性连接。根据工程抗震超限情况,提出了抗震性能化设计目标和方法,进行了小震、中震作用下的整体计算和大震作用下的弹塑性分析,结果表明,针对本工程提出的性能化设计目标是合理的,结构安全性能够得到保证。

Performance-based seismic design of Jiantao Plaza

Abstract:Jiantao Plaza is a complicated high-rise connected structure. Both tower buildings adopt frame-corewall system. The top two floors are connected by 72m-span connector steel truss, and the connection between tower and connector is rigid. According to the out-of-code conditions of the project, the objective and method of performance-based seismic design were put forward. The overall calculation under frequent and fortification earthquakes and elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out. The analysis results show that the performance-based seismic design objective proposed for this project is reasonable and the structural safety can be guaranteed.
