建滔广场结构设计综述

摘 要

[摘要]建滔广场是由两座塔楼及钢桁架连接体组成的连体结构,连体跨度达到72m。存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变、复杂连接等多处超限。针对超限情况进行了整体结构分析,结果表明,各项参数指标满足规范要求,并全面介绍了工程结构设计中的关键技术问题,包括施工模拟分析、抗倒塌分析、节点分析、温度效应分析、屈曲分析、舒适度分析、动力弹塑性分析等。

Structural design review of Jiantao Plaza

Abstract:Jiantao Plaza  is a 72m-span connected structure composed of two tower buildings and steel truss connections. There are many out-of-code cases in the project, such as irregular torsion, discontinuous floor, sudden change in stiffness, complex connections and so on. The overall structure analysis was carried out for the out-of-code cases. The analysis results show that the parameters meet the requirements of the code. The key technical problems in the design of engineering structures were comprehensively introduced, including construction simulation analysis, collapse resistance analysis, joint analysis, temperature effect analysis, buckling analysis, comfort analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis.
