长富金茂大厦混凝土收缩徐变分析及结构设计

[摘要]分析了混凝土收缩徐变对深圳长富金茂大厦构件内力和变形的影响规律,总体趋势是随着楼层高度的增加,影响越发明显,具体结论如下:1)混凝土收缩徐变对框架柱的轴力起增大作用,顶层处增大幅度不超过10%,对剪力墙的轴力起释放作用,顶层处减小最大为27%;2)对一端连接柱子、一端连接剪力墙的梁端弯矩影响较大,其中顶层处近柱端的梁上部弯矩增大接近30%,近墙端的梁上部弯矩减小接近20%;3)对两端连接框架柱的梁弯矩影响最大接近11%;4)一端连接柱子、一端连接剪力墙的梁端弯矩影响主要为最顶部10层,中下部的影响可以忽略不计。基于该影响规律,对结构设计施工措施提出了相应的建议。

Structural design and concrete shrinkage and creep analysis of Changfu Jinmao Building

Abstract:The impact of concrete shrinkage and creep on component internal force and deformation of Changfu Jinmao Building was analyzed. It is concluded that the general trend is that the effect is more obvious with the increase of floor numbers. The specific conclusions are as follow: 1) concrete shrinkage and creep is enlarging the axial force in the column with the increase range not exceeding 10% on the top floor, but is decreasing the axial force in the shear wall with a maximum of 27% on the top floor; 2) the impact on bending moment of beams which connect the column and shear wall is more obvious, with the increase range of bending moment of beam closely column at top story up to 30% and the appropriate decrease range of the bending of beam near wall 20%; 3) the maximum impact on beam bending moment which connects column on both sides is nearly 11%; 4) the impact on bending moment of beams which connects the column and the shear wall is focusing on the top 10 floors and the impact on lower floors can be ignored. Based on this impact pattern, corresponding suggestions are put forward on design construction measures.
