长富金茂大厦结构设计及抗震性能研究

[摘要]长富金茂大厦结构主体高度295m,为组合框架-核心筒-伸臂结构。用ETABS和SATWE软件进行结构弹性分析,计算结果吻合较好,各项指标满足规范要求。此外还进行了结构的弹性时程分析,将其结果和反应谱结果中的较大值用于结构设计。风洞试验表明主楼顶层加速度峰值满足人体舒适度要求,同时验算了施工过程中的结构安全性。采用ABAQUS对结构进行大震弹塑性时程反应分析及抗震性能评价,最后介绍了采取的抗震措施。

Structural design and seismic performance of Changfu Jinmao Building

Abstract:Changfu Jinmao Building is 295 meters high with a structural system of composite frame-core-outrigger. ETABS and SATWE softwares were used to achieve structural elastic analysis, and the results coincide with each other and meet with the relevant requirements.  Elastic time-history analysis was carried out, and the larger values in time-history and spectrum response were used in structural design. Results from windtunnel test show that the peak acceleration in the top of the main building is met with human comfort requirements in the office. Structural safety in construction was checked in the simulation of construction stage. ABAQUS was used in the analysis of elastic-plastic time-history response and seismic performance evaluation in rare earthquakes. Finally, some aseismic measures were introduced on the basis of the specific characteristics of the project.
