中山古镇灯都商厦体形复杂超高层结构设计关键技术

[摘要]中山古镇灯都商厦呈传统油灯状,其体形凹凸变化十分突出,采用单一的结构体系很难满足抗侧刚度的全楼均匀性,给结构设计造成了非常大的挑战。为此,结合工程本身的外形变化特性,结构设计上采取了多种结构体系相结合的方法,根据不同平面尺寸对整体刚度的影响以及各种体系对抗侧刚度的贡献,交替采用了多种结构体系,以保证体形复杂的结构在抗侧刚度上的均匀性。工程利用巨型斜置钢管混凝土柱、内置钢管混凝土剪力墙、钢结构桁架、跨楼层交叉撑、加强层等关键技术组成了刚度、延性和稳定性均良好的结构体系,有效解决了刚度突变、整体倾覆、中部球状大悬挑等难点,对各构件交叉、楼层转换等关键点均采用了针对性措施,确保工程安全和有效实施。

Key technologies of super high-rise and complicated shape structure design in Zhongshan Guzhen Light Capital Mansion

Abstract:The shape of Zhongshan Guzhen Light Capital Mansion looks like a traditional kerosene light, which brings much challenge to the structure design. A single structural system is difficult to meet the lateral stiffness uniformity of the entire floor, many structure systems are adopted to keep the uniformity of stiffness. In the project, those key technologies, including huge slanting steel tube concrete column, concrete shear wall enveloped by steel plate, steel truss, across brace, strengthen story with outriggers etc., were used, leading to a good structural system in stiffness, ductility and stability. Furthermore, the structural system alters at different height thus the structural design’s difficulties in abrupt change in rigidity, overturning and overhanging in sphere shape at middle height were all solved effectively. To guarantee the safety and economy, optimization was performed after many cycles calculation.
