不同膜面张力下索膜间摩擦接触对谷索拉力的静力影响分析

(1 北京工业大学空间结构研究中心,北京 100124;2 北京思博福瑞空间结构技术有限公司,北京100102)[摘要]对带有一条稳定索(谷索)的双曲张拉索-膜结构,应用ANSYS软件进行算例分析,谷索与膜面之间的摩擦接触问题用接触单元Contact175来模拟,接触表面的摩擦作用仅用摩擦系数来考虑,膜面初始预张力分别取2,3,4kN/m,对模型进行初始形态分析和静力荷载分析。分析表明,摩擦接触对谷索实际拉力的影响与膜面初始预张力、荷载形式及荷载大小均有关。相同膜面初始预张力下,外荷载较大时,共享节点的谷索拉力最小,考虑摩擦接触的谷索拉力分析才是偏于安全的。[关键词]索;膜材;摩擦接触;谷索索力;膜面初始预张力中图分类号:TU399文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2011)06-0138-03Friction contact effect static analysis between cable and membrane on valley cable forces with variable membrane initial pre-tensionsZhang Yang1, Zhang Yigang1, Liu Shasha1, Xiang Yang2(1 Research Center of Spatial Structures, Beijing University of Technology,Beijing 100124,China;2 Beijing Space Frame Consulting Engineers Co., Ltd., Beijing 100102, China)Abstract:The model is a tensioned cable-membrane structure which has a stable cable (valley cable), and all analyses were completed by finite element program ANSYS. The friction contact between the valley cable and membrane surface was simulated by-unit Contact 175 in ANSYS, and the effect of friction contact surface was considered by the introduction of friction coefficients. For form-finding analysis and static loading analysis, three different membrane initial pre-tensions were selected. Analysis show that fricional contact influeces on valley cable force are relevant to membrane initial pre-tension,load form and load values.
