某网架结构加固处理方案探讨

[摘要]某双坡折板式网架结构在地震作用下出现结构挠度大幅度增加、部分橡胶支座锚栓被剪断的破坏特征。通过对结构现状观测、计算与分析,采取在网架结构下部增加5道张弦式预应力拉索、将原橡胶支座改为固定铰支座、少量杆件与套筒原位加固的加固方案。加固后减小了结构挠度,降低了构件的应力水平,增加了结构竖向与水平刚度,在结构中增加了一道二次防线,消除了结构存在的安全隐患。

Discussion on reinforcement program of a grid structure

Abstract:The deflection of double-pitch hipped-plate grid structure increased significantly after earthquake, and the part of anchor bolts of rubber bearing were cut off. After observation and analysis of the actual state of the structure,  the reinforcement program was drawn up, which adding five pre-stressed string cable in the lower part of structure and changing rubber bearing to fixing hinge bearing and strengthening a small amount member and sleeve in situation. The reinforcement has reduced the deflection of the structure, lowered component stress levels and increased the vertical and horizontal stiffness of the structure. This mothod added a second line of defense in the structure and eliminated the security risks existed in the structure.
