东莞天利中央花园抗震性能评估

[摘要]东莞天利中央花园为部分框支剪力墙结构体系,厚板转换,具有楼板局部不连续等多项不规则。根据结构特征、构件的部位和重要程度以及开发商的需求,针对不同设防水准的地震作用,制订了一系列抗震性能目标。对薄弱连接板和转换厚板,采用中震承载力极限状态设计法。使用SAP2000进行静力非线性分析,用能力谱法进行性能评估。结果表明,薄弱连接板、转换厚板和框支柱等都能满足大震不屈服的性能目标。

Assessment of seismic performance for Dongguan Tianli Central Garden

Abstract:Dongguan Tianli Central Garden consists of tall residential buildings of frame-supported concrete walls with several irregularities, characterized by thick transfer plate and floor slab discontinuity. Depending on structural features, importance of occupancy and needs of developers, seismic performance objectives were reasonably selected corresponding to the seismic levels. The transfer plate and weak-linking slab were designed by the ultimate strength design method under medium earthquake. The performance of structures was assessed by the capacity spectrum method under the maximum considered earthquake. The pushover analysis results by SAP2000 show that the key members such as the transfer plate, weak-linking slab and frame-supporting columns did not yield with respect to the performance point.
