黄金国际广场超限高层结构设计

[摘要]黄金国际广场项目塔楼高度200-1m,采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。塔楼9层以下建筑平面呈正方形,9~22层外框柱进行了不同方向、不同角度的倾斜,并逐步过渡成上部的风车形平面。介绍了项目的结构特点和超限情况,对结构进行了多遇地震下的反应谱计算和动力时程分析,并进行了罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析。对9~22层斜柱层进行了针对性计算,同时采用ANSYS软件对音叉柱节点进行了应力分析。结果表明,通过采取合适的加强措施,结构可满足预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design on an out-of-code high-rise building of Golden International Plaza

Abstract:The tower height of Golden International Plaza project is 200-1m. The steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure system was adopted. The building plane below the 9th floor of the tower is square, and the outer frame columns of the 9th to 22nd floors incline in different directions and angles, and gradually transit to the windmill-shaped plane of the upper part. The structural characteristics and overrun of the project was introduced, the response spectrum and dynamic time history of the structure under frequent earthquakes were carried out, and elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes was conducted. The inclined column of 9th to 22nd floors was calculated and analyzed, and the stress of the tuning fork column joint was analyzed by ANSYS software. The results show that the structure can meet the anticipated seismic performance target by adopting corresponding strengthening measures.
