大型间冷塔展宽平台及百叶窗内外压取值研究*

[摘要]为研究大型间冷塔展宽平台及百叶窗内外压取值,以国内某拟建的210m高超大型双曲线型间冷塔为研究对象,采用刚体测压风洞试验对间冷塔内外表面风荷载进行了研究,并考虑了不同透风率对展宽平台及百叶窗内外压的影响。基于风洞试验结果,归纳总结了展宽平台及百叶窗内外表面风压分布规律,对比分析了不同透风率和风速对展宽平台及百叶窗内表面平均风压系数的影响,同时给出了不同风压模拟标准下展宽平台及百叶窗负压极值取值建议和风压拟合公式。结果表明,展宽平台及百叶窗外压分布明显与塔筒分布不同,在背风区存在一定的负压增强区,内压绝对值随着透风率的增大而减小。

Study on  internal and external pressure values of extended platform and window shades of large indirect dry cooling tower

Abstract:In order to study the value of the internal and external pressure of extended platform and window shades of large indirect dry cooling tower, a 210 m high and super-large hyperbolic indirect dry cooling tower was taken as the research object, and the wind load on the internal and external surface of the indirect dry cooling tower was studied by means of a rigid-body pressure-measuring wind tunnel test, and the influence of different air permeability on the internal and external pressure of the extended platform and window shades were considered. Based on wind tunnel test results, the wind pressure distribution law of the internal and external surfaces of extended platform and window shades were summarized. The influences of different ventilation rates and wind speeds on the average wind pressure coefficient of the internal surface of the extended platform and window shades were compared and analyzed. Suggestions on the extreme value of the negative pressure and wind pressure fitting formulas of the extended platform and window shades under different wind pressure simulation standards were given. The results show that the distribution of the external pressure of the extended platform and window shades is obviously different from that of the tower tube. There is a certain negative pressure enhancement area in the leeward area, and the absolute value of the internal pressure decreases with the increase of the ventilation rate.
