结构实验室反力墙系统设计方法及应用*

摘 要

[摘要]反力墙系统由于能提供可靠的加载条件,已成为大型结构实验室重要的基础设施之一。为了进一步完善反力墙系统设计理念和设计方法,依据反力墙系统受力和功能特性将反力墙系统设计分为四个层次的内容与要求,基于性能要求和控制指标制定了设计目标,根据使用功能和经济要求归纳了结构选型内容,基于工况定义和以有限元模拟为补充的理论计算方法确定了计算分析的内容和步骤,并依据规范要求和分析给出了构造措施及预应力施加建议。最终建立了一套完整的反力墙系统设计方法,并将其应用于某高校结构实验室反力墙系统设计。

Design method and application of reaction wall system in structural laboratory

Abstract:Because of the reliable loading conditions, the reaction wall system has become one of the important infrastructures of large structural laboratories. For improving the designed concept and method of reaction wall system, the design of the reaction wall system was divided into four levels according to the force and function characteristics of the reaction wall system. Based on the performance requirements and control indexes, the design objectives were formulated; the content of structural selection was summarized according to the functional and economic requirements; the content and steps of calculation and analysis were determined based on the definition of working conditions and the theoretical calculation method supplemented by finite element simulation; and the suggestions of structural measures and stress exertion were given according to the requirements and analysis of codes. Finally, a complete design method of reaction wall system was established and applied to the design of reaction wall system in a university structural laboratory.
