某超限高层住宅型钢混凝土框架转换结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]某工程高度超限且具有多项不规则,采用了型钢混凝土框支转换结构,从框支梁选型、剪压比限值、截面设计及计算等方面对其进行了详细分析介绍。震害调查及试验研究表明,合理的构造设计能够保证型钢构件的完整性,能够更好地实现“强柱弱梁,强节点、强锚固”的设计原则;框支结构的刚度、延性和稳定性良好,能够确保工程的安全可靠,并能够满足建筑功能的要求。

Design of steel reinforced concrete frame transfer structure for out-of-code high-rise residential building

Abstract:A steel reinforced concrete frame transfer structure was adopted for a project with out-of-code height and many irregularities. Detailed analysis and introduction were made on the selection of transfer beams, the limit value of shear-compression ratio, section design and calculation, etc. Seismic damage investigation and experimental study show that reasonable structural details design can ensure the integrity of steel members, to better realize the design principle of “strong column, weak beam, strong joint and strong anchorage”; the stiffness, ductility and stability of frame transfer structure are good, which can ensure the safety and reliability of the project and meet the requirements of building functions.
