中国国家博物馆老馆加固改造结构设计

[摘要]国家博物馆老馆建成于1959年8月,占地面积5.05万m2,建筑面积6.5万m2,为建国初期首都十大建筑之一。由于受建设时期历史条件的限制,在建筑规模、材料、质量、设施等方面都不能满足现在国家博物馆发展的需要和安全使用要求。由《中国国家博物馆检验报告》可知:老馆结构梁、板开裂较多,裂缝最大宽度梁为1.5mm、板为2.3mm,并有少数地方出现露筋现象。抗震验算表明:原结构在8度多遇地震作用下不能满足国家现行规范要求,部分区段的结构安全可靠度已经较低,必须采取必要的加固措施。老馆加固改造工程的结构设计,运用结构综合抗震能力分析方法和多种最新的加固手段,在保持原有建筑风貌的前提下,实现了提高抗震能力和改善使用功能的协调,取得了重大工程加固改造的良好经验。

Retrofitting and strengthening design of the old National Museum of China

Abstract:The old National Museum of China was built in August 1959, with the site area of 50 500m2 and the gross floor area of 65 000m2, and it is one of the 10 master buildings in Beijing in 1950’s. Due to restrictions in that period, the volume, material, quality and equipments of the National Museum of China could not meet its development and safety requirements. According to the Inspection Report of the National Museum of China, there are number of cracks in the beams and floor slabs of the building, among them the biggest crack is 1.5mm in the beam and 2.3mm in the floor, even rebars can be seen in the individual places. The structural seismic check indicates that several parts are very risky and could not meet the requirements of the current national codes under the 8 degree earthquake action, which have to be strengthened. In the structural strengthening design, the analysis approach of compound seismic capability and various new strengthened methods were applied to enhance the seismic capability and improve the service function simultaneously on the premise of reserving the original architectural style of museum. The article sums up the experiences in retrofitting and strengthening the important project.
