青岛浙商国际项目超高层建筑结构设计

[摘要]青岛浙商国际项目A塔结构高度220-75m,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构体系。主要介绍了工程结构特点和超限情况,针对超限情况提出相应的应对加强措施,以保证整体结构安全可靠、经济合理。采用多种软件对结构性能进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震下的计算分析,并对斜柱、特殊楼层楼板、转换桁架关键节点等重要部件进行补充验算。结果表明,所提出的应对加强措施是安全有效的,能够实现“三水准”抗震性能设计目标。

Structural design of super-rise building of Qingdao Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce International Project

Abstract:Tower A of Qingdao Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce International Project adopts reinforced concrete tube-in-tube structure system, with  structural height of 220-75m. The characteristics and out-of-code circumstances of the structure were introduced. Considering the out-of-code conditions,corresponding seismic measures were proposed to ensure the safety, reliability and economic rationality of the overall structure. Multiple kinds of software were used to calculate and analyze the structure performance under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. Supplementary checking analysis were conducted on significant members,such as inclined column, slab of special floor and key joints of transfer truss. The results show that specific strengthening measures proposed are safe and effective, andthe designed seismic performance objective of “three levels” can be achieved.
