基于新型构造措施的夯土墙抗震性能试验研究*

[摘要]以农村地区现存的夯土类住宅为研究对象,对传统构造措施加以改进,设计制作3个不同新型构造措施的夯土墙试件及1个不设置任何构造措施的普通夯土墙试件。通过对试件墙体进行低周反复荷载拟静力试验,对比分析墙体水平承载力、变形性能、耗能能力及刚度退化特性等抗震性能。研究结果表明,新型构造措施的设置能够提高夯土墙体整体性,有效限制墙体开裂,改善墙体变形性能,减缓墙体刚度退化,提高墙体水平承载力,增强墙体抗震性能。试验结果尤以采用混凝土构造柱、混凝土圈梁和拉结筋共同设置的新型构造措施为最佳。

Experimental study on seismic performance of rammed-earth walls with new structural measures

Abstract:Taking the existing rammed-earth dwelling houses in rural areas as the research object, the traditional structural measures were improved, and three rammed-earth wall specimens with different new structural measures and one ordinary rammed-earth wall specimen without any structural measures were designed and manufactured. The quasi-static test of the wall specimens under low cyclic repeated load was carried out to compare and analyze the seismic performance of horizontal bearing capacity, deformation performance, energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation characteristics of the wall specimens. The results show that the setting of new structural measures can improve the integrity of rammed-earth wall, effectively restrict wall cracking, improve wall deformation performance, slow down wall stiffness degradation, improve horizontal bearing capacity of wall, and enhance seismic performance of wall. The test results show that the new structural measures, which are composed of concrete structural columns, concrete ring beams and tie bars, are the best.
