基于PZT传感器的混凝土结构多功能监测研究*

摘 要

[摘要]针对PZT传感器频率响应范围宽广的特性,提出了一种将PZT传感器同时用于应变测量和声发射监测的多功能监测方法。通过小波Mallat分解将PZT传感器信号中的应变信号和声发射信号分离,利用PZT传感器的低频应变响应监测结构的应变状态,同时通过声发射的b值理论,对结构的损伤状况评估预警。进行了钢筋混凝土梁的动态破坏监测试验,验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明,PZT传感器的低频电压信号和应变传感器的应变信号一致,且声发射信号能准确反映结构的损伤状况。

Research on the multi-functional health monitoring of concrete structure based on PZT transducer

Abstract:Considering the wide frequency response range of PZT transducer, a multi-functional monitoring method was proposed, in which PZT transducer was used for strain measurement and acoustic emission monitoring simultaneously. The strain signal and acoustic emission signal of PZT transducer were separated by wavelet Mallat decomposition. The strain state of structure was monitored by the low frequency strain response of PZT transducer. At the same time, the damage condition of structure was evaluated and warned by the b value theory of acoustic emission. The dynamic failure monitoring test of reinforced concrete beams was carried out, and the feasibility of this method was verified. The results show that the low frequency voltage signal of PZT transducer is consistent with the strain signal of strain transducer, and the acoustic emission signal can accurately reflect the damage condition of structure.
