既有老旧房屋砂浆及砌体强度现场试验研究

[摘要]以南京城区20世纪80年代至90年代既有老旧砌体房屋为研究对象,采用贯入法和筒压法对常规条件下墙体砌筑砂浆强度进行现场检测,结合两种方法的特点对比分析检测结果的差异。结果表明,对既有老旧房屋,同一构件筒压法现场检测砂浆强度要大于贯入法检测强度值,其比值在1-0~4-0之间的分布概率为83%。基于砌筑砂浆与砌体强度换算关系对两种方法得到的砂浆强度进行换算,结合相应墙体构件原位轴压法试验结果,对两种方法换算砌体强度与原位轴压法砌体强度关系进行对比分析,结果表明,原位轴压法测得的砌体强度与贯入法换算砌体强度比值在0-75~1-5之间的分布概率为92%,与筒压法换算砌体强度比值在0-6~1-4之间的分布概率为93%。试验结果对城区既有老旧房屋安全性鉴定提供了一定的判断依据。

Field test study on mortar and masonry strength of existing old buildings

Abstract:Taking the existing old buildings in Nanjing urban  area from 1980s to 1990s as the research objects, the penetration method and cylinder compression method were used to test the strength of wall masonry mortar under conventional conditions, and the differences between the two methods were compared and analyzed according to the characteristics of the two methods. The results show that for existing old buildings, the strength of mortar measured by cylinder compression method of the same component is greater than that measured by penetration method, and the probability of distribution of the ratio between 1-0 and 4-0 is 83%. Based on the strength conversion relationship between masonry mortar and masonry, the strength of mortar obtained by the two methods was converted. Combining with the results of in-situ axial compression test of corresponding wall components, the strength relationship between the two methods and in-situ axial compression method was analyzed and compared. The results show that the strength ratio of masonry measured by in-situ axial compression method to that calculated by penetration method is between 0-75 and 1-5,  the probability of distribution is 92%; and the strength ratio  of masonry method by in-situ axial compression method to that caculated by cylinder compression method is between 0-6 and 1-4, the probability of distribution  is 93%. The test results provide a certain judgment basis for the safety appraisal of existing old buildings in urban areas.
