[摘要]为建立设置钢筋-砂浆面层交叉条带的加固墙体抗剪承载力计算公式,分析钢筋-砂浆面层交叉条带与母墙之间的共同工作机理,进行了12片高宽比不大于1的单片墙拟静力试验。试验结果表明,在砖砌体墙单侧或双侧增抹40~60mm厚、250~300mm宽的钢筋-砂浆面层交叉条带对于砌体墙的抗震性能有较大的提高,加固后墙体的极限承载力比未加固墙体提高了40%以上,延性明显提高,经机理分析和数值拟合而建立的加固后组合墙体的抗剪承载力计算公式的计算值与试验值吻合较好。

Single wall pseudo-static experimental research of steel bar-mortar layer crossed strip method for reinforcement of existing masonry wall

Abstract:In order to establish a calculation formula for the shear capacity of the reinforced wall strengthened by steel bar-mortar layer crossed strip, and to analyze the common working mechanism between steel bar-mortar layer crossed strip and the mother wall, the pseudo-static test of 12 single walls with aspect ratio not greater than 1 was put up. The test results show that if steel bar-mortar layer crossed strip with 40~60mm thick and 250~300mm width is added to the brick wall on one side or both sides, the seismic performance of the masonry wall is greatly improved. The ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced wall is more than 40% higher than that of the unreinforced wall, and the ductility is obviously improved. The calculated values of the calculation formula of the shear capacity of the composite wall after reinforcement by mechanism analysis and numerical fitting are in good agreement with the experimental values.
