中国国家博物馆钢桁架结构设计

[摘要]中国国家博物馆为具有国际先进水平的大型博物馆,其内有大量大空间展厅和公共空间采用了钢桁架结构体系,总面积约30 000m2。介绍了钢桁架作为结构体系在本项目中的主要优势。采用SAP2000对结构进行了整体分析计算,介绍了分析设计的荷载取值、设计准则、楼板在设计中的考虑、钢结构预起拱、材料选择、截面形式选择、钢结构合拢、楼盖舒适度计算等大跨度钢结构设计中的常见问题。对钢结构楼屋盖选用钢筋桁架楼板进行了介绍。

Steel structure design of National Museum of China

Abstract:The National Museum of China is a super-large museum with international advanced level, in which there are many exhibition halls and public area with large space requirement. Steel truss system is adopted for these regions, whose total area is about 30000m2. The  advantage of the steel truss system in this project was introduced. SAP2000 was used for integral analysis of the structure. The design load and effect, the design principle, the consideration of concrete slab in the steel structure design, the pre-cambering of the steel truss, the selection of material and section shape, the closure of steel structure and the vibration comfort of the floor were discussed, which were all focus in the design of large-span steel structure. Concrete slabs with steel\|bars truss were used for the floor and roof slabs, which were presented  as well.
