加劲肋对齐平端板半刚性节点力学性能影响

[摘要]以装配式住宅工程为研究背景,通过有限元计算和试验研究特定型钢截面下加劲肋对于齐平端板连接半刚性节点力学性能的影响。根据试验加载现象、有限元计算结果和节点所受弯矩与梁柱相对转角曲线(M-θ曲线),表明加劲肋能改变这种齐平端板半刚性节点的初始刚度,提高节点极限承载能力,但提高效果并不显著,在此工程应用中可不设置节点域加劲肋。

Effect of stiffener on the physical properties of the flush end plate semi-rigid joints

Abstract:Based on the background of prefabricated residential projects, the effects of the stiffeners under the section of a specific section steel on the mechanical properties of the  flush end plates semi-rigid joints  were studied by finite element calculation and experimental calculation. According to the test loading phenomenon, finite element calculation results and  the curve of joint moment and relative angle of beam-column(M-θ curve), it is shown that the stiffener can change the initial stiffness of the  flush end plate semi-rigid joint  and improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint, but the improvement effect is not significant, node domain stiffeners may not be set in this engineering application.
