装配式结构钢塑复合板拟静力试验研究*

摘 要

[摘要]对两种由镀铬C型钢做骨架、聚苯乙烯颗粒填充热塑压轧而成的钢塑复合板(其中A类板件规格为3 650mm×2 395mm ×140mm(长×宽×厚),B类板件是在A类板件的内外侧表面增加厚度为10mm的硅酸钙板)进行了低周往复水平加载试验,分别研究其承载力、变形能力、滞回特性等方面性能。试验结果表明,两种板件均具备一定的侧向承载力,其中B类板件的水平极限承载力更高;两者变形性能均较好,两种板件均展现了良好的耗能能力,能满足作为非承重垂直分隔构件的要求,符合抗震设计的延性要求。试验结果可为装配式结构墙体在设计和施工方面提供参考。

Quasistatic test study on steel-plastic composite plate for prefabricated structures

Abstract:The low-cycle reciprocating horizontal loading tests were carried out respectively for 2 kinds of steel-plastic structure composite plate with chromium plating C-shaped steel as skeleton, filled with thermoplastic rolling polystyrene particles, wherein type-A plate has specifications for 3650mm×2395mm×140mm (length×width×thickness) and type-B plate has additional 10mm-thick calcium silicate plates at the inner and outer sides of the type-A plate. The performance of the bearing capacity, deformation ability and hysteresis characteristics was studied. The test results show that both kinds of plates have a certain lateral bearing capacity, while type-B plate has higher  horizontal ultimate bearing capacity. Both plates show good abilities for deformation and energy dissipation, which can meet the requirements as non-load-bearing vertical separator members, and match with the ductility requirements of seismic design. The test results provide  reference for the design and construction of the prefabricated structural walls.
